Bathroom Flooring Installation in Five Boroughs, NY

Yes, we inspect the subfloor on every job in the Five Boroughs before any new flooring is installed. If we find damage or moisture issues, we address them first so the new floor has a solid base.

Older buildings across the Five Boroughs often have uneven subfloors and aging waterproofing, which we account for during prep. We level surfaces and reinforce the base before setting any new flooring.

We apply waterproofing in wet zones as part of the installation process for NYC and Long Island homes. Skipping this step in a bathroom leads to subfloor damage and costly repairs down the road.

Yes, we remove old or failing bathroom flooring and prep the surface correctly before installing the new floor. Homeowners across the Five Boroughs call us when tile starts cracking, lifting, or showing water damage underneath.

Ifish Construction LLC was started by an owner who wanted to build something of his own — a business grounded in quality work, with room to grow for his family and employees. That same care goes into every bathroom flooring job we take on across the Five Boroughs and Long Island.
